The project stems from the need to transform an office of 100 square meters into an apartment.

The challenge was to realised the renovation with a very limited budget and to create an interesting space with long and narrow geometry.

To add more value to the apartment the openings have been extended to the floor and the new windows have been fixed on the internal side of the walls, allowing to create an accessible window sill.

The sun protection's system allows to enjoy the view of the garden even on the hottest days.
